I’m Ale, a former molecular biologist who made a deliberate decision to step away from academia in search of balance, stability, and a professional path where expertise is valued sustainably – both intellectually and financially.

Consultancy has provided exactly that. Over the years, I’ve worked across a wide range of projects, from biodiversity inventories in remarkable landscapes to advising on nature-positive development strategies, or designing pilot studies for long-term conservation plans.
